One Typist with a Big Vision

Smartsec started out as a one-gal show, with Shivaun typing for just a few doctors. Word soon spread through Perth about the quality of work and soon there was more typing than she could manage!

From there, it was obvious there was a real demand in the medical industry for transcription services. And the seed was planted that maybe, just maybe, this business could be bigger than she ever imagined..
