- Dictate on your digital dictaphone
- Download the speech files to your hard drive
- Upload the speech files to the Smartsec website
(Your dictations will be allocated to a typist and typed WHILE YOU SLEEP)!

- Dictate into Smartapp (see here for instructions)
- Submit directly to the Smartsec website

Within 24 hours you or your secretary will receive an email notification stating your transcriptions are ready to be downloaded from the Smartsec website
- Log in to Smartsec website and download transcriptions to your hard drive
- Import into your practice management software
- Email, print or Healthlink your correspondence

- Dictate into mobile app Dictate + Connect
- Upload to Dropbox
Within 24 hours you or your secretary will receive an email notification stating your transcriptions are ready in Dropbox
- Log into Dropbox account
- Import into your practice management software
- Email, print or Healthlink your correspondence
The reality is, if you work with us, your correspondence can reach its destination within TWO WORKING DAYS!! And we reckon that’s awesome – what would your colleagues reckon?!
